WHITE WEDNESDAY
This week's installment of WHITE WEDNESDAY takes us back to FRENCH NEST, a College Park FL. shop that I have posted about previously. As always, Marsha has cast a spell of white wonder across the entire shop. If ever in this area, this is a must see. Marsha has invited me to mingle my fabulosities among hers in the shop, and I have jumped at the opportunity to be a part of what I feel is the best shop in Central FL. by far. Enjoy...

WHITE WEDNESDAY
This week's installment of WHITE WEDNESDAY features my guest bedroom. Chocolate brown walls envelope you as you sleep on an antique iron bed from Mr. Sweet Pea's grandmother's home. Curtains made from antique monogrammed linen sheets adorn the windows and you are surrounded by cloudy old mirrors from my collection. My favorite piece in the room is the bench Mr. Sweet Pea made for me many years ago from an old bed. The entire bed was used to make the bench and it is graced by pillows from Carolyn Westbrook and burlap seat cushions from Vagabond Vintage. Pleasant dreams...

Scenes From A Birthday
My mother treated Mr. Sweet Pea and I to a lovely lunch at the Gaylord Palms Resort for my birthday. This place is unbelievable. All situated under a huge glass dome, there are multiple restaurants, bars, shops, the world-renowned Canyon Ranch Spa, and lush tropical settings to explore. And of course there is the resort itself. Take a tour with me...
The herb garden just outside the restaurant we dined at.

The view up to the dome from where we sat.

Beautiful tropical setting.

A cute little cabin tucked among the vegetation where you could sit.

Under the wooden walkway.

Can you see the gators on the rock?

A tunnel to explore.

The dome. Unbelievable.

Beautiful rock formations.

The turret at the castle modeled after the one in St. Augustine FL.

Gorgeous driftwood nestled among the plants.

Look at this moss covered seating near the restaurant.

Enter Key West--one of the restaurants.

The boat where you can dine or just hang out and have a drink.

There's even a beach...
